Utilizing a series of straightforward questions, the app can screen for various mental health disorders, providing users with essential information about conditions and treatment options, including pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy. It also features interactive self-help courses grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

The app currently includes the following functionalities:

 <li>Diagnostic Assessment: A screening tool based on the DSM-5, this feature evaluates a wide range of disorders, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and more.</li>
 <li>Information Library: It provides evidence-based information regarding the prevalence, incidence, pathogenesis, prognosis, and treatment of psychiatric disorders to improve understanding and outcomes.</li>

 <li>Mood &amp; Thought Record Diary: Features to help users document their moods and thoughts as part of the CBT framework to identify and challenge negative thinking patterns.</li>
 <li>Suicide Prevention Resources: A dedicated section that includes a directory of worldwide support services along with modules on distress tolerance and safety planning.</li>
 <li>Personal Development Tools: Interactive self-help programs rooted in CBT principles, aimed at promoting wellness in areas such as procrastination, anger management, self-esteem, assertiveness, self-love, and mindfulness.</li>
